Nimbus 2000 Winning Card - Terms & Conditions
Article 1: Organization
Fame Bros (Hong Kong) Limited, referred to as "Fame Bros", office location registered at 13B, Kin Teck Industrial Building, 26 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong, registered under number 830 753 521 00012, is organising a game with a purchase obligation entitled "Golden Snitch Ticket" from 01/12/2020 to 31/12/2020, midnight (day included).
On Christmas, Cinereplicas organizes a contest to win 3 Nimbus 2000.
Article 2: Participants
This constest with obligation to purchase is open to people over the age of legal maturity, at the beginning of the game, 01/12/2020, residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in Europe.
Are excluded: persons who do not meet the above conditions as well as Fame Bros staff members and any person who directly or indirectly participated in the design, creation or management of the game as well as their spouses, family members: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives living or not under their roof.
Fame Bros reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions set out above. Any person who does not meet these conditions or who refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able, in case of winning, to benefit from his prize.
Only one participation is authorised per person holding a golden snitch ticket (same name, same address). Fame Bros. reserves the right to check for compliance with this rule.
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 3: Terms and conditions of participation
The participant will have to buy a Cinereplicas Advent calendar. Three of these Advent calendars will contain a winning Golden Snitch ticket. On this Golden Snitch ticket there will also be a specific code at the back, that the participant will have to communicate by email to Cinereplicas to prove that he received the Golden Snitch ticket.
Any participation carried out contrary to the provisions of the present rules will make the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud can be excluded from the competition by Fame Bros without the latter having to justify it. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible identification or entry, whether voluntary or involuntary, or made in any form other than that provided for in these rules shall be considered null and void. The same penalty will apply in the case of multiple entries.
Article 4: Prizes
There will be a total of 3 Golden Snitch Tickets allocated in Advent calendars.
So there will be a total of 3 prizes.
The prizes will be distributed as follows:
1st lot: Nimbus 2000 (349$)
2nd lot: Nimbus 2000 (349$)
3rd lot: Nimbus 2000 (349$)
Total value: 1047$.

Article 5: Designation of winners
Every person with a Golden Snitch ticket will be a winner. Each one of them will have to contact the company Cinereplicas, before the 31/12/2020, at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, with their contact information and the code at the back of the famous Golden Snitch Ticket.
Cinereplicas will dispatch prizes only if these information are communicated.
Article 6: Winners announcement
Every person with a Golden Snitch ticket will be a winner. Each person must contact and communicate to Cinereplicas (email@example.com) the code at the back of the ticket.
Article 7: Prize giving
The prizes will be sent to the postal address indicated by the participants.
The winners undertake to accept the prizes as offered without the possibility of exchange, in particular for cash, other goods or services of any kind whatsoever, nor transfer of the benefit to a third party. Similarly, these prizes may not be the subject of claims for compensation.
Fame Bros reserves the right, in the case of an event beyond its control, in particular related to its suppliers or unforeseeable circumstances, to replace the advertised lots with lots of equivalent value. The winner will be kept informed of any changes.
Article 8: Use of participants' personal data
Participant information is recorded and used by Fame Bros. to record their participation in the contest and to award prizes.
Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data provided in the context of the competition. They also have the right to object to their personal data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of participation in this competition, which they may exercise as soon as their participation is registered by writing to "Fame Bros", whose address is mentioned in article 1.
The winner(s) authorize Fame Bros. to use their contact information (name, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium whatsoever, without this conferring any remuneration, right or advantage whatsoever, other than the awarding of their prize.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act in its latest version, as well as with Regulation n°2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD), the participant may exercise his/her right of access, rectification, deletion of data, limitation of processing, right to portability of data, right to object, as well as right to withdraw his/her consent by writing to "Fame Bros" whose address is mentioned in Article 1.
Article 9: Rules of the game
The rules of the game are registered at SELARL ACTA - PIERSON et ASSOCIES, a bailiff's office located at 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.

It can be sent free of charge to anyone who requests it from Fame Bros.
Fame Bros. reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, including in cases of force majeure, without any compensation being claimed by participants. The rules, as modified by amendment(s), will be filed, where applicable, with SELARL ACTA - PIERSON et ASSOCIES, holder of a bailiff's office located at 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.
Article 10: Industrial and intellectual property
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the game, including these rules are strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which this one allows the access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their holders and are protected as such by the provisions of the Code of the intellectual property and this for the whole world. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks, logos and signs constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
Participation in this game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.
Article 11: Liability
Fame Bros. shall not be liable in the event of force majeure or acts of God beyond its control.
Fame Bros cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, lack of legibility of stamps due to postal services. Nor can it be held responsible and no recourse can be taken against it in the event of the occurrence of events of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) partially or totally depriving participants of the possibility of participating in the game and / or winners of the benefit of their earnings.
Fame Bros and its service providers and partners shall in no way be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prizes by the beneficiaries or their guests once the winners have taken possession of them.
Similarly, Fame Bros, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of prizes by the beneficiaries once the winners have taken possession of them. Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prizes is the sole responsibility of the winners without them being able to claim any compensation from Fame Bros. or its service providers or partners.
Article 12: Litigation & complaints
The present regulation is governed by French law.
Fame Bros. reserves the right to settle without appeal any difficulty that may arise in the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no dispute will be allowed, in particular concerning the terms of the game, the results, the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the game. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Fame Bros. game systems is conclusive in any dispute as to the elements of connection and the computer processing of said information relating to the game.
Any complaints must be sent within one month of the end date of the game to : Fame Bros. After this date, no claim will be accepted. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 13: Evidence Convention
By express agreement between the participant and Fame Bros., the computer systems and files of Fame Bros. shall be the sole and exclusive property of Fame Bros.
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Fame Bros, under reasonable conditions of security and reliability, are considered proof of the relations and communications between Fame Bros and the participant.
It is therefore agreed that, except in the case of manifest error, Fame Bros may rely, including as evidence of any act, fact or omission, on programs, data, files, records, transactions and other items (such as tracking reports or other reports) of a nature or in a computer or electronic format or medium established, received or maintained directly or indirectly by Fame Bros, including in its computer systems.
Such items constitute evidence, and if produced as evidence by Fame Bros in any litigation or other proceedings, they shall be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative value as any document that is drawn up, received or retained in writing.
Operations of any kind carried out using the identifier and code allocated to a participant, following registration, are irrefutably presumed to have been carried out under the responsibility of the participant.
