Shipping Facilities
According with your delivery address we will ship your order from the warehouse closest to you. For stock matters we might ship from our other overseas facilities such as Paris (France) or Hong Kong S.A.R. but this will not affect lead time and cost and is 100% transparent to customers.
Remote Areas and customs
Some delivery addresses can be in "remote areas". We cannot know in advance if your destination address is in a remote area or not. A surcharge may be applicable for deliveries to remote areas difficult to reach, and we cannot guarantee any delivery times.
International orders go through customs, international travel, and your location. Because of this, we cannot guarantee international travel times. So please allow yourself ample time to get your order. Cinereplicas has no power on parcel held by customs and delays may varies from a country to another.
