Professor Snape forever

Prof Snape was one of the most complex and intriguing characters both in movies and books. The late Alan Rickman played him superbly and will always be revered for his act. - His last words were 'Look at me' : Harry has the same eyes as his mother and Prof Snape's enduring and long-lasting love for Lily Potter eventually meant that he went to great lengths to protect her son. Both Lily and Harry have the same almond-shaped emerald green eyes and for Prof Snape asking to look at them one last time was very touching and meaningful. 

- He is the only Death Eater able to cast the Expecto Patronum spell : no one among the Death Eaters but Prof Snape can create a Patronus for the good reason that they are receiving help from the Dementors and do not possess the inner qualities required for this powerful spell. Interestingly, Prof Snape's Patronus is a doe, once again a sign of his love for Lily Potter whose own Patronus was a doe. Harry however can create a deer to protect himself, signalling his strong relationship to his late father.
