Article 1 : Organization

The company Fame Bros. Limited, hereinafter referred to as "Fame Bros.", whose registered office is located at Hundsun International Center, Suite 1510, 14 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong, S.A.R., registered under number 830 753 521 00012, is organizing a giveaway with purchase obligation entitled "Firebolt Winning Card" from 01/12/2023 to 31/12/2023, midnight (day included)

On the occasion of Christmas, the brand Cinereplicas (owned by Fame Bros) organizes a contest allowing to win a Firebolt.


Article 2 : Participants

This game with obligation of purchase is opened to people over the age of 18 at the date of the beginning of the game, 01/12/2023, residing in Metropolitan France (Corsica included) and in the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden).

Persons who do not meet the above conditions are excluded from the game, as well as members of the staff of Fame Bros. and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, implementation or management of the game, as well as their spouses, family members: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives, whether or not living under their roof.

Fame Bros. reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the above conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be entitled to receive their prize if they win.

Only one entry per person with a Firebolt winning card is allowed (same name, same address). Fame Bros reserves the right to carry out any verification to ensure compliance with this rule.

Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.



Article 3: Terms of participation

The participant must buy a Cinereplicas Deluxe advent calendar. One of these advent calendars will contain a Firebolt Winning card. This card will have a unique code, which the participant will have to communicate by email to Cinereplicas to prove that he has found one of the winning cards.

Any participation carried out contrary to the provisions of the present rules will make the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be removed from the contest by Fame Bros without having to justify it. Any identification or participation incomplete, erroneous or illegible, voluntarily or not, or made in a form other than that provided in these rules will be considered invalid. The same penalty will apply in case of multiple entries.



Article 4: Prizes

There will be a total of one (1) Firebolt Winning card randomly selected from the Deluxe Advent calendars. There will be one prize.

The prize is as follows:

1st prize: Firebolt (€479)


Total value: €479.

Details : This is a reproduction of the Firebolt broom from the Harry Potter movies. Official Harry Potter product under license from Warner Bros. Limited edition of 10 000 copies. Numbered broom and delivered with a certification of authenticity plate.

The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing and cannot be disputed.

All costs incurred after the game, particularly for the maintenance and use of these prizes, are entirely at the winner's expense.



Article 5: Designation of winners

The person having the Firebolt Winning card will be the winner. The winner will have to contact the brand Cinereplicas, before 05/01/2024, at the following email address: digital@cinereplicas.com, by specifying their coordinates and by joining a photograph of the winning card ("Firebolt Winning card") showing the code present on the face of the card.

The Cinereplicas brand will proceed to the sending of the prize once this information is communicated.



Article 6: Announcement of the winners

The person having the Firebolt Winning card will be the winner. This one will have a code to communicate to the company Cinereplicas by email (digital@cinereplicas.com).

It will be necessary to prove the authenticity of the winning card ("Firebolt Winning card") thanks to the code indicated on the front of the famous card. As soon as the card is authenticated, the Cinereplicas team will contact the winner and this one will have to communicate their postal address, name and first name, email address and cell phone number.



Article 7 : Delivery of the prizes

The prize will be sent to the postal address indicated by the participant.

The winner agrees to accept the prize as offered without the possibility of exchange, in particular for cash, other goods or services of any kind whatsoever, or transfer of the benefit to a third person. Likewise, these prizes cannot be the subject of requests for compensation.

Fame Bros. reserves the right, in the event of an event beyond its control, particularly related to its suppliers or unforeseeable circumstances, to replace the prizes announced, by prizes of equivalent value. The winner will be informed of any changes.

Article 8: Use of personal data of participants

The information of the participants is recorded and used by Fame Bros. to remember their participation in the competition and to allow the awarding of prizes.

Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data provided in the context of this game. They also have the right to object to their personal data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of participation in this contest, which they can exercise as soon as they register their participation by sending a letter to "Fame Bros" whose address is mentioned in Article 1.

The winner authorizes Fame Bros. to use their contact information (name, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, in any medium whatsoever, without this giving them any remuneration, right or advantage whatsoever, other than the awarding of their prize.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act in its latest version, as well as Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD), the participant can exercise his right of access, rectification, deletion of data, limitation of processing, his right to data portability, his right of opposition, as well as his right to withdraw his consent by writing to "Fame Bros" whose address is mentioned in Article 1.

Article 9: Rules of the game

The rules of the game are deposited at the SELARL ACTA - PIERSON et ASSOCIES holder of an office of judicial officer domiciled 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.

They can be sent free of charge to any person who requests them from Fame Bros.

Fame Bros reserves the right to prolong, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, in particular in case of force majeure, without it being able to be claimed to any compensation by the participants. The rules, as amended by amendment(s), will be filed, if necessary, with the SELARL ACTA - PIERSON et ASSOCIES, a bailiff's office located at 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.

Article 10: Industrial and intellectual property

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the game, including these rules, are strictly prohibited.

All logos, trademarks, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access through hyperlinks, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property and this for the whole world. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.

Any unauthorized reproduction, total or partial, of these brands, logos and signs constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.

Participation in this game implies full acceptance of these rules by the participants.

Article 11 : Responsibility

Fame Bros. shall not be held responsible in case of force majeure or fortuitous event beyond its control.

Fame Bros cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, lack of legibility of stamps due to postal services. Fame Bros. shall not be held responsible and no recourse shall be taken against it in the event of the occurrence of events of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) that partially or totally deprive participants of the opportunity to participate in the game and / or the winners of the benefit of their gains.

Fame Bros and its service providers and partners can in no way be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prizes by the recipients or their guests once the winners have taken possession of them.

Likewise, Fame Bros, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the beneficiaries' prizes once the winners have taken possession of them. Any additional costs required to take possession of the prizes are entirely at the winners' expense, and they may not claim any compensation from Fame Bros, nor from the service companies or partners.

Article 12: Dispute & Claim

These rules are governed by French law.

Fame Bros reserves the right to decide without appeal any difficulty that may arise in the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no dispute will be allowed, particularly on the terms of the game, the results, the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the game. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the game systems of the company Fame Bros. have evidentiary force in any dispute as to the elements of connection and computer processing of said information relating to the game.

Any claim must be addressed to Fame Bros. within one month of the end of the game. After this date, no claim will be accepted. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.

Article 13: Agreement of proof

By express agreement between the participants and Fame Bros, the computer systems and files of Fame Bros will be the only evidence.

The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Fame Bros, in reasonable conditions of security and reliability, are considered proof of the relations and communications between Fame Bros and the participants.

It is therefore agreed that, unless there is an obvious error, Fame Bros. will be able to rely on programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as follow-up reports or other statements) of a computerized or electronic nature or in a computerized or electronic format, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by Fame Bros. in its computer systems, in particular, as proof of any act, fact or omission.

The elements considered thus constitute proof and if they are produced as evidence by Fame Bros. in any litigation or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and opposable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.

Operations of any kind carried out using the identifier and code allocated to a participant following registration are irrevocably presumed to have been carried out under the responsibility of the participant.
