During this time of uncertainty due to the coronavirus outbreak, we want you to know that our company is trying our hardest to offer a great service.

Update Monday 19 September 2020

Due to the coronavirus outbreak and insufficient air traffic capacity provided by airlines, the postal office announced a delay around 1 to 2 weeks for Standard Deliveries to the United States.

Standard Economy deliveries for NEW ZEALAND and CANADA are still not available. 

 

Update Monday 21 September 2020

Standard Economy deliveries for NEW ZEALAND and CANADA are not available. Deliveries to other countries are available, but please note delivery time cannot be guaranteed and may be longer than usual.

Standard Economy deliveries for NEW ZEALAND and SINGAPORE are not available anymore.

For delivery in CANADA, the postal services we use for standard delivery in the Canada are now closed. It means that we are unable to send orders with standard delivery at the moment. We can only send orders with "Express delivery". Please understand that even the "Express delivery" will be slowed down.


Here are the 2 delivery options :

  • Standard Economy : orders will be registered and put on hold. We will send them when postal services reopen. 
  • Express Delivery : orders are sent but kindly note that we can not guarantee any delivery time.

 

Deliveries in other countries are not affected at the moment, but delivery time cannot be guaranteed and may be longer than usual.
