The Fantastic Beasts: Jude Law was told the whole Dumbledore’s backstory

Before tackling his role as the young Dumbledore, Jude Law had a chance to be told the entire backstory of Albus Dumbledore.

“Do you know what I did? I sat in a room for an afternoon with J.K. Rowling, and I listened to her extraordinary words of wisdom. She was kind enough to share with me the whole backstory and her future hopes for this young character of Dumbledore and really that set me on the path. I just did what the writer said,” Jude Law revealed during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

No anecdotes concerning the character was revealed as he knows very well that it would be unforgivable to unmask any secrets before the release of the movie.
