Harry Potter: A History Of Magic Opens In New-York Historical Society In October 2018

September 2018 marks the 20th anniversary of the U.S. publication of J.K. Rowling's HARRY Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, and Scholastic will kick-off its year-long campaign starting in January 2018. The New-York Historical Society announced on 4 January 2018 that Harry Potter: A History of Magic, a British Library exhibition, will be on view at the New-York Historical Society from 5 October 2018 - 27 January 2019. New-York Historical Members can reserve advance tickets beginning on 14 February at 12 pm for New-York Historical Members. Tickets go on sale to the general public in April.

If you are in London, the exposition is open until 28 February 2018 at the British Library

  • Tuesday - Thursday: 10 am - 6 pm
  • Friday: 10 am - 8 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm
  • Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm

  • Students: $13
  • Children (5-13): $6 / Children (4 and under): Free

*Pay-as-you-wish Fridays from 6 pm - 8 pm.
